Michael Gallagher
Michael has over 20 years experience in the finance industry including more than 10 years in the alternative management industry. Prior to joining AIMA, Michael was co-founder and CEO of Kima Capital Management, an Australian & Hong Kong based fund manager.
Doron Haifer
Doron has experience building and running multiple university organisations. Prior to founding ASAM, Doron founded the UNSW Alternative Investment Society growing it to over 1,000 members. He was also President of Inside Enterprise, a student-run business magazine.
Lisa Peatrarut
Lisa is a financial services lawyer and consultant specialising in funds management, investment structuring, venture capital, and regulatory compliance. Lisa chairs Sandford Capital's compliance and risk committee and brings a global perspective from her experience living and working in Bangkok, Shanghai, and Sydney.
Alistair Rew
Alistair has over 20 years of experience across portfolio strategy, portfolio management and risk management. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Alistair spent over 8 years at XL Catlin in various risk and investment strategy roles and 2 years at Barclays as a risk manager.
Jessamy Burton
Jessamy is an organisational development expert specialising in diversity, leadership, and change management. With a Masters of Organisational Psychology and extensive HR experience, she turns data and theory into practical solutions.
Les Andrews
Les is a Chief Operating Officer and Operational Risk Manager with over 30 years’ experience building businesses in the Australian Financial Markets. Prior to Aitken, Les managed the spin out of MST Capital from UBS.
Max Robins-Burnard
Max joined Longreach in 2022 after leading business development in Asia and managing investor relations for alternative funds at Trium Capital in London. Max founded Sirius Cove Group in Sydney, specialising in alternative investment relationships and tax recovery services, which was acquired by Longreach in 2023.
